New Head of School Appointed at St. Joseph School

With over 25 years of dedicated service to Saint Joseph School, Mrs. Fiumara brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and experience to her new position. Her journey with the school has included roles as Assistant Head of School and a member of the faculty, providing her with a deep understanding of the school’s Catholic mission and culture through various phases of its growth.

Mrs. Fiumara's connection to Saint Joseph School extends beyond her professional contributions. As a parent whose three sons were educated at Saint Joe’s, she has experienced firsthand the transformative power of the school’s nurturing and faith-filled environment. “Saint Joe’s is more than just a place of learning; it’s a community where children grow in faith, develop confidence, and acquire essential life skills as beloved children of God,” Mrs. Fiumara shared.

Her appointment comes at an exciting time for Saint Joseph School, which was recently honored as a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. Recognized for its rigorous academic programs, exceptional faculty, and strong community values, the school remains one of the top-performing Age 2.9–Grade 8 institutions in the Commonwealth and a leader within the Archdiocese of Boston.
